    SESSIONS AND AVAILABILITY

  1. When are webinars available?
  2. A new session from our webinar series will be available to view on the first Tuesday of each and every month. After this date, the webinars are available to view on demand. Each year sessions from congress will be made available within 24 hours of their completion. Any forthcoming sessions will be clearly displayed in your account home page with an available date listed.

  3. Where is the event being held / how do I attend?
  4. You can watch from anywhere in the world, any time of day or night, as each session will be available through this website.

  5. Who should attend the webinar?
  6. Our webinar series are designed with our members in mind but are great for anyone with an interest in equine veterinary medicine.

     

    REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

  7. How do I register?
  8. Registration is a simple 3 step process that will take you less than a minute to register

  9. How much will it cost?
  10. Prices for viewing our sessions vary; some are completely free and others range from £15. You will need to register to gain access to the recordings. BEVA members receive FREE access to all sessions in our webinar series and a 50% discount on all Congress Sessions.

  11. How do I make a Payment?
  12. Secure payment can be made using a credit or debit card through PayPal. Users without an account can sign-up in a few moments or make payment without registering.
    Once payment is authorised, you will be able to download an invoice from your account home page.

  13. What information do you capture?
  14. We simply require your name, email and a contact telephone number. All information is taken in confidence and we will not pass on your details.

  15. Is it safe to provide my details?
  16. Our site is completely secure and we store your information safely. You can be sure that we will not pass-on or sell your details. If you are still unsure, you can also check out our Privacy Policy.

    VIEWING AND COMPATIBILITY

  17. Do I need any software to watch the session?
  18. Our latest sessions use HTML5 technology which is compatible with all modern browsers without the need to download any software.

  19. Can I watch on my iPad?
  20. Yes, our HTML5 player is designed with iPads in mind.

  21. I am using Internet Explorer 9 (or below) which is not compatible with HTML5, can I still view?
  22. Yes. Although we recommend you update your browser, we have an alternative player that uses Adobe Flash Player. You can use this free test to check if you have it installed already or download a free copy here.

  23. I am having trouble viewing, who can help me?
